- Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
- No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
To confirm your appointment, all new clients are required to place a valid card on file at the time of booking. This helps us maintain scheduling integrity and better serve all clients.
