Dr. Cynthia Hinojosa, NMD, is a board-certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at The Glow Method’s Surprise, AZ location, specializing in aesthetics, hormone therapy, and anti-aging treatments including awake liposuction, PDO threads, and dermal fillers. She earned her degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ, where she focused on integrative and functional medicine, and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association. As a passionate advocate for helping patients feel confident in their skin, Dr. Hinojosa takes a personalized approach to care—listening to each patient’s concerns and goals to develop tailored treatment plans that support appearance enhancement, healthy aging, and overall wellness.

Jordan Rodenkirk

Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Jordan is a skilled Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with five years of focused
experience in medical aesthetics. She is certified in advanced injectable treatments and is trained in a variety of laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments. Jordan’s commitment to enhancing confidence and well-being is reflected in her thoughtful consultations and attention to detail. She believes in building lasting patient relationships grounded in trust, education, and a shared vision for achieving aesthetic goals. When she’s not in the clinic, Jordan enjoys hiking scenic trails, traveling, and spending quality time with her fiancé and their dog.

With an impressive 16-year tenure in the industry, Kara Montoya is a seasoned professional within the realm of med spa treatments. Her genuine passion for delivering transformative outcomes to clients is unmistakable, as evidenced by her extensive expertise in medical-grade skincare, specialized peels, and the art of dermaplaning. Customized facials tailored to individual needs are her forte, reflecting a dedication to enhancing natural beauty. However, it’s body waxing that holds a special place in Kara’s heart, tracing back to her roots where she first ventured into the beauty world by crafting and selling organic body scrubs and oils. Beyond a profession, Kara views her work as an avenue for promoting self-care, enabling both women and men to embrace their optimal selves and radiate confidence through her exceptional med spa treatments.

Madison Kurz

Laser Technician & Aesthetician

Madison Kurz is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician with over two years of experience in the medical spa industry. As a Laser Safety Officer, she specializes in advanced treatments including laser hair reduction, skin rejuvenation, HydraFacials, microneedling, and chemical peels using state-of-the-art technology.

Based in Scottsdale, Madison is dedicated to educating her clients on holistic skin health while delivering results-driven treatments. Her approach emphasizes healing the skin from the inside out, providing comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Originally from Chicago, Madison relocated to Scottsdale a year ago and is committed to helping clients feel confident and beautiful. Outside of work, you’ll find her at the gym, traveling, or spending quality time with family and friends.

With three years of receptionist experience, and one year of clinical experience, Alexa is a compassionate healthcare professional with a passion for wellness, aesthetics, and creating meaningful client experiences. Her background in medical assisting has equipped her with a strong foundation in patient care, while her experience in luxury wellness has reinforced the importance of personalized service and attention to detail. Known for her warm smile, professional demeanor, and naturally outgoing personality, Alexa strives to make every client feel welcomed, valued, and at ease. In her daily life she enjoys learning about new holistic health practices, yin yoga, and fully immersing herself in all things health, beauty, and wellness.

Menaka Gupta

Licensed Holistic Aesthetician

Menaka is a licensed holistic esthetician trained in South Korea, India, and across multiple countries. She combines Eastern rituals with modern skincare techniques to create deeply relaxing, results-driven experiences. Her travels throughout Bali, Thailand, East Africa, Europe, and Asia have shaped her philosophy that true beauty begins with restoring balance to both skin and the nervous system.

She specializes in Korean body scrubs, holistic facials, and Shirodhara, blending Korean skincare principles with Ayurvedic wellness. Menaka believes skincare should be an experience that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and restores confidence.

Dominic Rodriguez

Permanent Make Up Artist

Dominic is a skilled beauty professional with seven years of industry experience. He began his career specializing in brow shaping and waxing, developing a deep understanding of facial symmetry and brow design. Two years in, he transitioned into permanent makeup and has spent the past five years mastering his craft.

Specializing in Nano Hairstrokes, Ombré Powder Brows, and customized brow designs, Dominic’s approach is centered on personalization. He takes time to understand each client’s facial structure, natural brow growth, personal style, and desired outcome before creating a design tailored specifically for them.

For Dominic, brows are more than a beauty service—they’re a confidence booster. His goal is to enhance each client’s natural features, leaving them feeling polished and confident every day.

Alexa Juarez

Micro Pigment Specialist

Alexa Juarez is a seasoned PMU instructor and licensed esthetician with over 15 years in the beauty industry. A 6X certified PMU artist, she specializes in Powder Brows, Microblading, Lip Blush, and Fine Line tattoos, having trained alongside world-renowned artists.

Passionate about education, Alexa is dedicated to guiding aspiring PMU artists toward successful careers. Her commitment to proper technique and continuous learning underscores her genuine love for the craft.

Outside her professional life, Alexa cherishes time with family and friends through church, singing, and shared activities like pickleball and exploring new restaurants. Her faith in Jesus Christ is central to her life, guided by the principle: “The Lord is my Shepherd, I lack nothing” (Psalms 23:1). She approaches life with a loving and spirited energy.

My journey began with scar camouflage and micropigmentation, where I discovered the incredible connection between appearance and self-confidence. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to provide personalized, results-driven treatments that enhance natural beauty and help clients look and feel their best. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone regain confidence and leave feeling empowered, refreshed, and excited about their reflection.
