With over three decades of medical experience, including 18 years specializing in Aesthetics and Medical Direction for aesthetic practices, Dr. Vincent Marino is a highly esteemed physician renowned for his expertise. Recognized as a top-rated physician on Realself.com, Dr. Marino’s impressive career includes serving as the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Honor Health Hospital and presiding over Scottsdale Emergency Associates for six years. Graduating with distinction from the University of Arizona in 1987, he pursued residency training at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix and Denver Health Hospital in Colorado. Melissa, a Registered Nurse with over sixteen years of experience in Emergency, Pediatric Intensive Care, and Adult Intensive Care Units, transitioned to an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist to support her patients’ self-care and well-being. She has acquired multiple specialized certifications, enabling a comprehensive approach to aesthetics and delivering top-tier treatments with natural-looking results. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Melissa now resides in Phoenix and balances her career with fitness, reading, and family time with her husband, three daughters, and dog. She values lifelong learning, wellness, and positivity, striving to make her treatment room an inspiring space for transformative beauty.

Nancy Romero

With 16 years of experience as a certified laser technician, 10 years specializing in microneedling, and 6 years as a CoolSculpting expert, Nancy Romero brings extensive expertise to our clients. Her proficiency encompasses medical-grade lasers, including treatments for spider veins and tattoo removal. Aesthetician

Jennifer Levin is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician with over four years of experience in the medical spa industry. Originally from Chicago, she relocated to Scottsdale two years ago to be closer to family and to advance her career in aesthetics and wellness. Jennifer holds a degree in Marketing and Merchandising from the University of Missouri and is currently pursuing certification as an Integrative Health Practitioner. Jennifer is dedicated to bridging the gap between aesthetics and wellness by educating her clients on holistic skin health. She specializes in advanced treatments, including the Aerolase NeoElite Laser, HydraFacials, microneedling, and chemical peels. Her approach emphasizes healing the skin from the inside out, providing comprehensive care tailored to each client’s needs.

Leiana Kramer

Receptionist

Leiana Kramer brings 4 years of front desk experience to our Scottsdale Med Spa, ensuring that clients are well taken care of from the moment they walk in until they are checked out and rescheduled. With a warm greeting and a big smile, she treats every client with respect. Leiana has been in the beauty industry for 6 years and is passionate about continuous education. She enjoys learning about new products and services, and she loves participating in trainings to stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Lauren Bisswurm, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practioner

Lauren Bisswurm, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for aesthetic medicine. She began her nursing career in 2011 after earning her RN license and spent several years dedicated to high-acuity patient care in the Emergency Department at HonorHealth Shea.

Inspired to further her education, Lauren completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner at Grand Canyon University in 2017. Since then, she has served as a Family Nurse Practitioner within HonorHealth Urgent Care locations, honing her clinical assessment skills and patient-centered approach.

Lauren now brings her extensive medical background, attention to detail, and commitment to safety into the aesthetic space. She is devoted to helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally enhanced through evidence-based aesthetic treatments.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband Tom, their two children Benjamin and Charli and German Shepherds Axel and Liesl. In her free time, she loves reading, visiting family in Wisconsin, relaxing anywhere near a beach, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Jordan Rodenkirk

Aesthetics Nurse Specialist

Jordan is a skilled Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with five years of focused experience in medical aesthetics. She is certified in advanced injectable treatments and is trained in a variety of laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments. Jordan’s commitment to enhancing confidence and well-being is reflected in her thoughtful consultations and attention to detail. She believes in building lasting patient relationships grounded in trust, education, and a shared vision for achieving aesthetic goals. When she’s not in the clinic, Jordan enjoys hiking scenic trails, traveling, and spending quality time with her fiancé and their dog.

Originally from Montana, Jenny moved to Arizona a year ago and brings over 8 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. She specializes in a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and fire cupping.

Jenny’s approach is all about tuning in to what your body truly needs, providing a personalized and luxurious experience designed to leave you feeling completely renewed.

With over 28 years of experience, Maria is a seasoned massage therapist specializing in deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic, and sports massage. Her passion for healing began with a desire to help others feel better in the most natural and restorative way. Maria finds true fulfillment in addressing problem areas and seeing the progress and relief her clients experience over time.

She also offers cupping therapy and incorporates aromatherapy into her sessions to enhance both physical and emotional well-being. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing stress, or just in need of deep relaxation, Maria brings a nurturing, results-driven approach to every session.

Jennifer Biffer-Vatistas seamlessly blends two decades of experience in New York City’s residential design-build industry with a profound passion for real estate investments. Throughout her career, she has expertly guided interior design clients in discovering and renovating their dream properties. This journey naturally led her to become a licensed Realtor, where she offers comprehensive, tailored solutions at Luxe Client Group. Now residing in Scottsdale, Jennifer has shifted her focus to creating an exquisite beauty haven, encompassing GLAM of Scottsdale and Scottsdale Med Spa in the vibrant heart of Old Town. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing tennis and embarking on invigorating hikes with her husband and their beloved identical twin sons, affectionately known as #TheBifferBoys.

Linds has over eight years of management experience in the beauty and retail industry, having worked in full-service salons and as a makeup artist for more than six years. Originally from Connecticut, she has called Arizona home for over three years, bringing a passion for leadership, customer service, and building lasting relationships.

With a strong background in beauty, retail, and team development, Linds thrives in creating welcoming, customer-focused environments. Beyond work, she has a love for all things antique and takes pride in being a devoted plant parent and caregiver to two adopted dogs.
